Kardashian and her rapper boyfriend Kanye West were keeping silent in the wake of multiple reports that Kardashian gave birth over the weekend — about a month premature.

Asked for comment on the red carpet at the Daytime Emmys, where she was a presenter, Jenner said, "She's in charge," pointing at her publicist who whisked her away from print reporters after doing TV interviews.

The 32-year-old has often been photographed since announcing she was pregnant, opting to continue to wear designer clothing.

The couple had initially kept the baby's gender a secret, but the sex was revealed earlier this month during one of Kardashian's doctor appointments on "Keeping up with the Kardashians."

Representatives for West and Kim Kardashian didn't respond to emails and calls from The Associated Press, nor did any representatives for family members, friends and professional associates.

LONDON (AP) — Art collector Charles Saatchi has been cautioned over a dramatic assault on his TV presenter wife Nigella Lawson captured by a tabloid photographer just outside a fancy London restaurant.

The Daily Mirror said late Monday that Saatchi, 70, had accepted the official warning after a five-hour grilling over dramatic photographs published in its sister paper, the Sunday People, which showed him grasping Lawson's throat.

When asked about Saatchi, London's Metropolitan Police said that a 70-year-old man had been cautioned for assault after voluntarily attending a police station following an investigation into the pictures published by the Sunday People.

Contact information for Saatchi couldn't immediately be located, but the collector had earlier told the London Evening Standard newspaper that the photos misrepresented a "playful tiff."

Lawson, 53, gained fame with her 1998 best-seller "How To Eat" and subsequent "How to Be a Domestic Goddess" (2000) and is one of Britain's best-known cookbook writers, as well as the host of foodie TV shows including "Nigella Bites" and ABC's cooking program "The Taste."

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Netflix said Monday that it would offer new TV shows from DreamWorks Animation starting in 2014 in what the company described as its biggest transaction ever for original first-run content.

The new content should ease some of the pain of losing a range of kids shows from Viacom Inc.'s Nickelodeon network, including future episodes of "Dora the Explorer," which Amazon.com Inc. snapped up for its streaming service in early June.

A second season of "Dragons" is set for release in the fall, and Netflix had already contracted with DreamWorks for a series based on its upcoming film, "Turbo."

New series will be based on characters either from future film hits, past franchises like "Shrek," or even older hits, including the hundreds of characters like "Casper the Friendly Ghost," which DreamWorks acquired when it bought Classic Media last July for $155 million.

The multi-year agreement tops the undisclosed amount Netflix spent on "House of Cards," the political drama starring Kevin Spacey that debuted to rave reviews on Netflix in February.

Netflix's increased focus on children's programming is seen as a departure from the tactics of traditional premium pay TV channels such as HBO, Starz and Showtime, whose original shows tend to be tailored to adults.

Hit TV shows aren't guaranteed, and it's not clear that this will make up for Netflix's loss of Nickelodeon content, he said.
