St. Joseph senior guard Nancy Stablein will miss the upcoming Class LL playoffs with a torn ACL, coach Chris Lindwall confirmed Monday night following an MRI.

Stablein suffered the injury on the first play of the game Saturday night in the FCIAC quarterfinals against Stamford. The Cadets lost 44-25.

Stablein, who averaged over 18 points per game this season, finished her St. Joseph career with 1,020 points.

She will play at Division II St. Anselm College on scholarship.
