College students can get ballots

BETHEL -- The Bethel town clerk reminds college-bound students that if they will be out of town on Election Day, Nov. 6, and want to vote by absentee ballot, applications for a ballot are available in the town clerk's office and online.

Absentee ballots become available Oct. 5. If a voter files an application with the town clerk, an absentee ballot will be mailed Oct. 5 to the address designated on the application.
