SOUTHEAST, N.Y. -- A Stamford man was charged with aggravated drunken driving after the car he was driving struck a guard rail on Interstate 684 South on Saturday afternoon, State Police said.
Odikigs Joint, 28, was charged after a trooper found his car on the shoulder of the highway shortly before 4 p.m., police said.
