NEW MILFORD -- A 46-year-old Brookfield man who was seen allegedly driving erratically on Danbury Road Thursday was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence, police said.
David Keefe, of Powderhorn Hill Road, was released on $100 bond for an appearance in the state Superior Court in Bantam on June 25.
