RIDGEFIELD -- Emergency personnel responded to a reported head-on collision on Route 35, which forced officials to briefly shut down the road, according to an online report.
The crash, which occurred about 12:15 p.m., involved at least two vehicles, the Ridgefield Press reported.
The road has been closed while authorities work to clear the scene and tend to injured motorists.
