RIDGEFIELD -- Local police arrested a 30-year-old man Tuesday on suspicion of drunk driving, officials said.
Joshua Richard, of Somers, N.Y., was pulled over about 1:30 a.m. on Danbury Road after police observed him following another driver too closely, according to a Ridgefield police news release.
After stopping him, officers administered a field sobriety test, which Richard failed, according to the release issued Tuesday.
He was charged with driving under the influence, driving with his license suspended, and following another vehicle too closely, according to the release.
Richard was taken into custody and held on $150 bond.
