NEW MILFORD -- A Woodbury driver who was allegedly observed swerving erratically was stopped by local police, and after failing field sobriety tests was charged with driving under the influence, according to the log at the New Milford Police Department.
Eric Laurentis of Old Sherman Hill, Woodbury, was also charged with failure to drive right, the log said.
The log did not specify where Laurentis was driving when he was stopped.
